Fixtures submerged and pressure-washed to verify IP68/IP69K seal integrity. Validates long-term protection against dust, water ingress, and high-pressure washdown.
Charge / Discharge Cycle Test
Battery packs cycled through full charge/discharge sequences under rated load. Validates capacity retention, thermal behavior, and BMS response over extended cycles.
Mechanical Impact Test
Housing and optics subjected to IK10 impact tests. Simulates transport drops and on-site collisions to confirm structural integrity under real-world handling.
Thermal Performance Test
Units operated across the full rated temperature range (-40°C to +55°C). Confirms stable lumen output, driver performance, and seal integrity under thermal extremes.
Vibration & Durability Test
Continuous vibration applied at up to 5g RMS to simulate drilling, blasting, and heavy machinery operation. Validates solder joint integrity and mounting system durability.
Battery Management System Validation
BMS tested across overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, and thermal runaway scenarios. Confirms protection thresholds and failsafe response under fault conditions.
