Conssin at CSPI 2026: Construction Lighting and Mobile Power for the Japanese Market
From June 17 to 20, Conssin exhibited at the 8th International Construction & Survey Productivity Improvement exhibition in Tokyo — presenting rapid-deploy lighting and mobile energy storage to Japan's construction and infrastructure sector.
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Booth: 16-43

Entering Japan's Construction Equipment Market
CSPI — the International Construction & Survey Productivity Improvement exhibition — is Japan's dedicated platform for construction technology, surveying equipment, and site productivity solutions. Now in its eighth edition, the Tokyo show brings together contractors, equipment distributors, and infrastructure project managers who are actively evaluating technology that improves on-site efficiency and safety. For Conssin, CSPI 2026 represented a focused entry into the Japanese construction market — a sector with exacting standards for product quality, certification, and after-sales support, and one where the shift away from diesel-powered site equipment is accelerating in line with Japan's national emissions and noise reduction targets. Our stand at position 16-43 was designed to address the specific challenges of Japanese construction sites: tight urban footprints, strict noise regulations, night-shift lighting requirements, and the need for equipment that a small crew can deploy and relocate without specialist tools or heavy machinery.

Products Built for the Japanese Job Site
The CSPI display centred on two product families with direct relevance to Japanese construction conditions. Our rapid-deploy tower light range — featuring a pneumatic mast that extends to full height in under 60 seconds and integrated solar-hybrid capability — was demonstrated live at the stand, showing setup and takedown times to visitors evaluating alternatives to diesel light towers for urban night-shift work. Alongside the lighting range, the KPS mobile power station series was presented as the off-grid power solution for sites without permanent electrical infrastructure, powering tools, communications equipment, and site lighting from a single silent unit with no fuel logistics. Both product lines carry CE certification and are available with documentation packages aligned to Japanese procurement requirements. Technical staff were on hand throughout all four days to discuss project-specific configurations and OEM partnership arrangements.

Products on display at Stand 16-43:
Rapid-deploy tower light: Pneumatic mast, <60 second setup, solar-hybrid operation — demonstrated live at the stand
KPS mobile power station series: Silent, zero-emission backup power for construction sites without grid access
KFL construction floodlight series: IP66 all-weather rated fixtures for permanent and temporary site installations
Solar-hybrid work light: Integrated panel extends runtime indefinitely, reducing generator dependency
OEM documentation: Full CE certification and technical datasheet packages available for Japanese distributor review
"Japanese construction buyers are very precise — they want to know exactly how long setup takes, what the noise level is at one metre, and what the failure rate looks like after two years. We came prepared with answers to all of those questions." — Export Sales Manager, Conssin Corp
CSPI 2026 confirmed strong interest from Japanese contractors in silent, mobile power and lighting solutions that comply with urban noise ordinances — a requirement that rules out conventional diesel equipment at an increasing number of city-centre project sites. Follow-up discussions are underway with several regional equipment distributors and a rental fleet operator evaluating the tower light range for integration into their existing fleet offering.
A Growing Presence in the Japanese Market
Japan represents one of the most demanding and rewarding markets for industrial equipment manufacturers — high standards, consistent demand, and a clear long-term direction toward lower-emissions site operations. Conssin's appearance at CSPI 2026 is part of a deliberate strategy to build direct relationships with Japanese distributors and contractors who share our focus on reliability and long service life. If you visited our stand in Tokyo or are interested in discussing distribution arrangements or project-specific supply for the Japanese market, please contact our international sales team. We look forward to returning to CSPI and continuing to grow our presence in Japan.
