Team Retreat to Yandang Mountain: Recharging Together

From August 5–7, our factory team took a three-day retreat to Yandang Mountain in Zhejiang Province, known for its granite peaks, waterfalls, and centuries-old hiking trails.

More than 100 employees from across production and support teams took part in guided hikes, shared meals, and team activities designed to build connection outside of daily work. For several employees, it was their first visit to Yandang Mountain and their first company-organized trip since joining the team.

We organize retreats like this because employee well-being is directly connected to how our teams perform and collaborate. Time spent resting and connecting outside of work often translates into stronger trust and energy back on the floor.
